Thank you for visiting our website. Mission Honduras LeMars is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization begun in the fall of 2002. Working in the second poorest country in the western hemisphere, our primary purpose is charitable. Our mission focuses on the areas of health care and medicine, water projects, home building, and supplemental food programs in support of the areas around Montaņa de la Flor, Nueva Capital and Tegucigalpa, Honduras. We dedicate this effort to the poor people of this area of Honduras in attempting to improve the condition of their lives.

Franci Nahomi Rivera Puerto, born Nov. 17, 2000, has undergone 30 surgeries, most of them using a bone elongator, shown in some of these photos. Due to a severe infection in her left leg, she now faces amputation of her leg below the knee.

what is much worse,  they are not seen."
